At Moutai America, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our premium spirits; however, due to the nature of food and beverage products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect shipments within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unopened with the original seals intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Examine your Moutai bottle and packaging immediately upon arrival to ensure there are no signs of leakage or breakage during transit.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, email our support team with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Secure the Shipment
Once your return is authorized, carefully repack the item in its original protective packaging to prevent further damage during return transit.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement bottle.
